SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: 29 April 2026


1. Shipping Provider

We ship all orders via Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable door-to-door delivery service available across South Africa.


2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are delivered within 8 to 11 business days from the date your order is confirmed and payment is received. Please note that business days exclude weekends and South African public holidays.


3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 8- 11 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Aramex tracking number via email. You can track your parcel at www.aramex.com or through the Aramex app.


6. Delays & Liability

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, GlowUp Hub shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Aramex or third-party courier disruptions
  • Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Public holidays or high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, festive season)
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

7. Failed Deliveries

If Aramex is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the parcel, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will liaise with Aramex on your behalf to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
