RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Our Commitment
At GlowUp Hub, we are committed to your satisfaction. This policy is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) of South Africa.
2. Return Window
You may return most items within 10 business days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- False lashes and lash accessories
- Skincare products such as derma roller, derma blade and pimple patches
- Any product that has been used or had its seal broken
4. Defective or Damaged Goods
Under the CPA, you have the right to return a defective product within 6 months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or full refund — at your choice. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier service
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different variant (e.g., shade or size), subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Before Dispatch Orders may be cancelled within 24-48 hours of placement at no charge, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at [glowuphub05@gmail.com] with your order number.
After Dispatch Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You are welcome to initiate a return once the item has been received, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

We will confirm your cancellation request via email within 2-3 business day.
Approved Cancellations
